Phase Engineering, Inc. was established in 1993 to provide quality Phase I Environmental Site Assessments under the ASTM Standards to the real estate and lending communities. The principals of Phase Engineering are James Dismukes (President) and Melanie Fregoe Edmundson (VP). Phase Engineering's scope of services includes all related real estate environmental due diligence services. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Phase Engineering serves the Texas and surrounding states market, annually performing approximately 1000 environmental site assessments and related environmental professional services. Phase Engineering offers a variety of environmental consulting services to its clients, ranging from the EPA "All Appropriate Inquiry" ASTM Standard Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments to licensed and certified asbestos, mold, and lead inspections, VCP, IOP, abatement/remediation project management, and property condition assessments.
